Space for DungeonDraft
Find out if space mapping in DungeonDraft is right for you with Ti’s Familiar System Planet Sampler the new free sample pack based on our real life solar system.
Updated July 2022. DungeonDraft pack now includes tags and all objects as colorable. .DungeonDraft_pack link can be found in the .txt file at the bottom of the list of downloads, the rest are PNGs! Textures with and without alpha transparency for terrain painting! Textures included as patterns in set color and red for tinting! All planets, suns, etc included as objects! Snap to grid to effortlessly use the rings and atmosphere!
While in my other recent updates to my DungeonDraft pack I have added light, that ended up making this pack too big for DungeonDraft to load (turns out it caps at 2gb). So the matching lights with this pack’s suns and nebula can be found at Colorful Space Lights for DungeonDraft.
Almost 2 gigabytes of space assets! This is the one I go to when I need space assets, my personal favorite.
333 new space assets. Includes colorful planets with optional rings, moon clusters, and atmosphere add-ons. Star variations, including binary, trinary, quasar, dwarf and pulsar stars. Add some energetics with the high resolution exploding star clouds!
Pack assets include 36 seamless nebula star field backgrounds, appropriate for use on a square map up to 30 squares wide or repeat the texture tile to cover an enormous amount of space!
Install these features in Other World Mapper by placing them in (Program Files / Other World Mapper / Features / Sci-Fi / Colorful Space Kit)!
Install in Dungeon Draft by downloading the .dungeondraft_pack version, place in your Dungeon Draft asset folder, and activate in Dungeon Draft’s asset manager!
Colorful Space is compatible with all of my previous space packs. You can mix and match all modular pieces: the rings, atmospheres, and moons, between any of the three planet sizes included in the original Inhabited Solar System Maker with Technology, Celestial Objects, Starfields and Solar System Maker!
Populate these beautiful nebula tiles with mining rocks with the Space Junk: Space Backgrounds and Resource Markers asteroids kit, or load it up with astrological anomalies and spatial rifts with my Ominous Clouds: Rainbows, Lightning Storms, Magic Orbs and Nebulas pack and my Ominous Storms: Whirlpools, Hurricanes and Twisters kit.
