This pack expands on my Rock Terrain Pack 2. Of course, it can also be used standalone. 

The Dungeondraft Water on the Rocks Pack includes:

• 18 terrains – 2 matching textures from the Rock Terrain Pack 2, in greyscale, rusty brown, and Feywild, overlain with water lighting effects (caustics) at 3 levels of brightness.  Compared with simply overlaying shadows, the water terrains with different levels of brightness can darken depths without darkening the water’s surface.
• Water terrains are also patterns, for added versatility.
• 4 transparent, shimmering, water caustic patterns, that can be overlaid on other map features, each with increasing levels of surface agitation.

Terrain textures are designed to be blended together and best results are achieved with Dungeondraft’s “Smooth Blending” option enabled.
