Lil Desert for Clip Studio Paint

For those of you who like to draw your brushes manually in Clip Studio Paint like me, here are some brushes I made for Clip Studio Paint. It’s mostly the same content as Ti’s Lil Desert Region for Wonderdraft except that it’s .sut files and .png files. This version also includes a dead tree and a hill brush that are not included in the Wonderdraft version.

This pack includes the following brushes, demonstrated as a click, a stroke, and a back and forth scribble.

Bramble Brushes for Clip Studio Paint

24 Cartoon style thorn, root, branch and bramble brushes for Clip Studio Paint only (.sut files). They are all ribbon style, set up to pick up the foreground and background colors you set, and have ‘watercolor edge’ activated to give a shadowed look (deactivate it if you want them to be sharper). The demos show exactly what you will get if you draw with them. The colors are not baked in, you can change them to be any color you would like. Change the amount of randomization on ‘brush size dynamics: random’ to make them more or less spiky.

The updated version will only work in Clip Studio Paint version 2, so I have left the original version from Clip Studio Paint version 1 with only ten brushes. The new one has color jitter, horizontal and vertical swapping and some vine/river brushes, some wave brushes and some highlight/shadow/overlay blender brushes for shading.

Infinite Lands Brush Pack

Note: the base personal use pack including assets, and a commercial licence add-on, are both available to add to your cart on this product’s page.  See “Choose a product type” to the right of the pack cover art.

This pack expands on my earlier height map collection and includes 30 procedurally generated land mask brushes, packaged in a Photoshop ABR file and matching PNG files.  The ABR brush pack can be used in Photoshop, GIMP, Clip Studio Paint, and other graphic software that support ABR files.  Also included are the 30 matching height maps for each brush – there are lots of reasons why these might come in handy.

Why do you need a land mask brush pack?  You can use the brushes in your favorite graphic software, to create your map’s detailed land mask – much more detailed than Wonderdraft’s land generator (truly, the fjord of your dreams is now within reach).  Your final land mask is saved as a black and white PNG file that can be imported into Wonderdraft to create the land mass you continue to build upon (adding mountains, trees, symbols, etc).  There are of course infinite ways of mixing and matching software, land masks, height maps and brushes to create the perfect map.

Ti’s Knights and Dragons Clip Studio Paint s...

This is a pack of 35 brushes to help painting chainmail and dragon scales. Many of the brushes are fairly similar, versions that can and cannot be colored with foreground/background color. Some have fixed metallic color for speed painting. The demo image uses green to show which brushes can be colored. On the demo I have drawn a wavy line, a circle, and then some overlapping strokes to show the effect of the brush. You can see all of the brushes in there. I like to have the slightly different behaving options on hand.

Purchase of this pack of brushes gives you the right to use them to make art personally and commercially. Credit is nice but not required.

Unzip and drag the brushes into the Clip Studio Paint category that you want by selecting them all from the unzipped folder, or import by right clicking in the sub tool menu and clicking ‘import subtool’. I recommend putting them in a Decorations folder.

Ti’s The Leafening 2: Clip Studio Paint 50 ....

A bunch of leaves! I based them all off my own photographs. Useful for all kinds of battlemaps. Quickly make a top down tree with a shadow by activating watercolor edge, quickly cover the ground in fallen leaves for fall. If you use Clip Studio Paint and make battlemaps you’ll find a use for this brush pack.

Or get the image pack The Leafening 1 version if you use another program, universally compatible.

Some of the brushes are image tubes with fixed colors. Some are two-tone, which means they pick up on the foreground and background. Some are painty and smudgy. Some scatter. Some follow the direction of your brush stroke. Some have a built in ‘multiply’ or ‘color dodge’ effect. These features can all be adjusted in the tool property menu. You should after install have access to all of the brush shapes in the clip studio paint assets tagged with something like ‘leaf’ to make your own brush variations.

Some of the brushes are very large sized files due to being full of high res photographic leaves and may slow down an older machine. Others are simpler. The pack has been broken up into 12 pieces to fit the size limits on Cartography Assets. I recommend testing the very large fixed color leaf without anything essential open before committing to using it on an important file in case it causes crashing. You’ll know the brush I mean, it’s the 60 megabyte one. xD
