It's pretty handy, but it is going to increase the load on your GPU to make the shadows. Haven't decided if it saves enough time to be that useful to me.
I've only just downloaded this but it works for me and I have over 100k assets. Great addition, now we just need the same for walls with z axis and this will be killer. So much so should really be part of the core software. With Canvas kings offering this already its something needed to keep DD alive. Again, great mod. Thanks for your hard work!!
An amazing addon that is desperately needed in DD, saved me so much time. *HOWEVER* not currently functional deleting assets once shadows are added crashes DungeonDraft :(
