Order statuses

Your order can have one of many statuses, let’s explain them!

Pending payment – order received but not (yet) paid.

Failed – there was a problem while processing the payment.

Processing – payment received, stock reduced-order waiting to be processed by the creator. If your order stays on Processing it means that the item has not been marked as a virtual or downloadable asset. It is however the same as the Completed status.

Completed – order is complete, no further action is required

On hold – the stock has been reduced, but the shop staff must approve payment

Cancelled – canceled by customer or CA-staff – no further action required.

Refunded – the order has been refunded by our staff – no further action required
