Description

This pack contains a completely rebuilt set of map frames and boxes of my popular scalloped map border. There are now a whopping 10 frame styles and 12 box styles for use in your Wonderdraft maps.

What do you get in this Wonderdraft Asset Pack?

  • A commercial license that allows you to use these assets however you want in Wonderdraft or in any other program for your creative works (if you so choose).
  • 10 variations of the scalloped map border. These include versions with a border, without a border, worn, and in grayscale so you can tint it with a colour in the frame options.
  • 12 variations of the scalloped box. These include versions with a border, without a border, work and in grayscale so you can tint it with a colour in the box options.

Installation

As always, simply unzip the file and copy the folder into the assets folder.

References
The scallop frame has been sampled from a photograph by Douglas Fernandes which is under a CC BY 2.0 license, and an approved cultural work. The original map is the Historic map of COLOMBIA: Terra Firma et Novum Regnum Granatense et Popayan (1640) and was created by the Dutch cartographer, Blaeu (though, I am unsure if it’s Willem Blaeu or his son Joan Blaeu. Both were cartographers).
